ANDREW CASH INDUCTED AS JDRF PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD

CK&F Partner Andrew Cash was inducted as president of the board for the Georgia chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in June. As chapter president, Cash will lead a board of 40 business and community leaders responsible for $4.5 million in annual revenue in the state of Georgia and will also lead the state’s JDRF members in their efforts to improve the lives of all people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D). JDRF is the leading global organization funding T1D research. It is the largest charitable supporter of T1D research, currently sponsoring $530 million in scientific research in 17 countries.

MedShare is a national nonprofit organization that collects unused medical supplies and equipment from local hospitals and ships them to qualified healthcare facilities throughout the developing world.
