CKF in the News – $5,000,000 Settlement of Civil Rights Case

CKF’s Alwyn Fredericks and Lisa McNary were recently interviewed by WSBTV (here) as well as the Daily Report (here) about our client’s civil rights case against Clayton County and the subsequent settlement of $5,000,000. Our client was arrested for public disturbance at the Atlanta airpot and taken to Clayton County jail. He suffered a traumatic brain injury and lost some vision in one eye as a result of being beaten by Clayton County Sheriff Office deputies while at the jail. To see the interview, follow the link.
