Alwyn Fredericks Selected to Co-Chair Minority Caucus Education Committee for American Association for Justice
Alwyn Fredericks has been selected to co-chair the Minority Caucus Education Committee for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Established in 1992, the Minority Caucus is responsible for recommending and developing educational opportunities, networking programs, and other activities of special interest to AAJ members of color. AAJ’s Minority Caucus helps to develop programs to stimulate minority membership and participation in leadership roles and works on joint programs with other AAJ Sections and special interest groups (www.justice.org/minoritycaucus). The mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system—and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests (www.justice.org).
