AAJ Approves CKF’s Elevator & Escalator Injury Litigation Group with Laura Voght to Co-Chair

CKF is proud to announce that the American Association for Justice approved our proposal for creation of the new AAJ Elevator & Escalator Injury Litigation Group, with our very own Laura Voght serving as Co-Chair of the group.  CKF has represented families whose kids have been catastrophically injured or killed in home elevator accidents, and will continue to push for a national recall in an effort to put a stop to these needless tragedies.
