Rare Split Decision in Insurance Case

In an unusual split decision, the State Court of Appeals voted 4-3 in favor of plaintiffs in an insurance coverage dispute. CK&F Firm Volunteers with Medshare

CK&F attorneys and staff volunteered at the MedShare headquarters in Atlanta, Ga., sorting medical supplies for shipment to developing countries. MedShare is a national nonprofit organization that collects unused medical supplies and equipment from local hospitals and ships them to qualified healthcare facilities throughout the developing world.
