Congratulations to Phil Henry of CKF for receiving the GDLA-GTLA Civility & Professionalism Award!

On May 9, 2018, at the Capital City Club in downtown Atlanta, CKF’s Philip Henry was honored by the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association as the inaugural “plaintiff’s lawyer” recipient of the GDLA-GTLA Civility & Professionalism Award.

In 2017, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association created an award to recognize and honor a member of each association for their civility and professionalism in the practice of law. The criteria each association considered in their respective selections were the recipient’s contributions to the enhancement of professionalism in the legal community and promotion of the highest levels of competence, integrity, and ethical conduct.  Individuals are awarded this honor based upon nominations by members of the respective associations.
